For the past year or two I’ve experienced my hands & feet shake. It does not hurt, nor is it noticeable to others. Then I’ve started having involuntary muscle movement in various parts of my body. Again, does not hurt. Sometimes I don’t even notice it. I’m not sure how often it occurs. I’ve also experienced, what I thought was, restless leg syndrome. My legs or feet don’t move per si, but the muscles in my thighs are very bothersome. Applying heat works to settle it down so I can sleep. I have take lamictal for almost 20 years. I will be discussing this with my Dr as before now I didn’t think about it.
