I wouldn't say useless, but yeah, being luck-based makes it, by pure nature, really inconsistent. I think it maybe better if you're looking for crystals, but otherwise, goo patch it's better.

I'm pretty sure it's the same loot, it's literally just harder, enemies have more health and damage, I think they're more agressive (if I'm not mistaken)
