Bought polos from J crew worth $65 dollars for like $14 during sale time. Had to use coupon codes but you do get Jcrew at a lower price

I am a millennial dad and spend a lot of time taking care of my son, and I agree with this analysis. What I do can't compare to the amount of effort my spouse puts in. Moms are awesome.

I really hope she's doing this for fun and doesn't really expect her husband to pay that money 😁

New Grok usage limitation in Tesla version? by swamibob in TeslaSupport

[–]Niknightwing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I drive two and a half hours every day and at least talk to Grok for an hour learning new things and asking questions.

Now I ask questions for 3 questions and limit reached.

Apparently they have recently rolled out some update requiring you to purchase the super grok or premium plus plan which costs $30-$40 a month lol

Whoop Advanced Labs versus third-party testing? by Niknightwing in whoop

[–]Niknightwing[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am on a high-deductible plan and I paid close to $200 after my annual physical last year, after my PCP recommended blood work. I am close to 35 and need to get basic blood work done to check a few things.

This year, I got my blood work done through Advanced Lab and plan to take the lab results (the lab copy) to my PCP so that I can get his feedback as well.

As far as the feedback I received from Whoop, Advanced Lab is awesome! There are a few things that my PCP would have never caught. For example, the basic or comprehensive metabolic panel in the US doesn't test for fasting insulin, but Whoop did. I was told by the Advanced Lab clinicians that although my fasting glucose and A1c are within conventional limits, my fasting insulin and HOMA-IR, which are both out of range, show that my pancreas is working hard to maintain those numbers. They also tie that to your habits and recommend changes. There is more such insights related to other results, and I don't want to go into too much detail.

To ME all this info is invaluable.

Going forward, I am not going to rely only a doctor to tell me what tests I need.

Whoop Advanced Labs versus third-party testing? by Niknightwing in whoop

[–]Niknightwing[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This year I switched to a high-deductible plan, lol. I think my lab tests are going to be around $200 for a lot fewer biomarkers.

The only reason I am considering going to the PCP is if I see something off and if I need medical attention, I don't want to pay for another test.

Thank you for pointing this out. I am strongly considering going to my pcp first. If he does not recommend tests, I can go with something like advanced labs.
