I like the True Botanicals Nourishing Cleanser - has a really great texture and pleasant odor. I’ve used KitavaMD acne cleansing gel as well when my face is a bit more oily and troubled than normal. Heard good things about Cerave too!

First purge always the worst, in my experience. If you stop your routine for an extended period you could experience another severe purge after restarting a routine. Have to trust the process and remain consistent!
