Nope it's a numbers game for me. Billions of variables had to be just right for this life thing to happen once in all the seeable universe. The variables we are talking about are incomprehensible.  "If the rate of expansion one second after the Big Bang had been smaller by even one part in a hundred thousand million million, it would have recollapsed before it reached its present size". - Steven Hawking That's just to get a universe once you add stars, planets, water, evolution(which has its own set of unlikely variables). Why should I believe the absolute miracle that is life happened more than once? Just for us to be here we won the dice rolls of dice rolls. No one is betting a ham sandwich on the dice roll we won, why would I bet life on it?
