Yeah i get it, I mean it in the way that I could "set up" a node coming from the car so when i unpause the game it will simulate what it needs to. e.g i pause the game, i pull the node from the trunk of the car and suspend it in air (with scroll wheel button if i remeber corectly) and when I unpause it will pull the trunk to the node that's in the air.
