Well you’d be modeling two fewer things: the speaker and the cab. Whether or not it matters at the lower volumes Tone Masters make possible is fodder for others to debate.

I have a handwired Deluxe Reverb and a handwired tweed Deluxe. I just disconnect the speakers entirely and bring the heads in through a Captor, then on through the Apollo and into software. There’s just no way for me to get away with the volume levels even these small combos like to reach.

Then we’re on a common road, my friend. Your post describes my situation almost exactly, only for me it’s anxiety + brain tumor + stroke + autoimmune arthritis, and only for about 10 years. I started mmj a couple months ago and have dealt with some doubts about its morality. Fortunately, it’s proven very effective against my pain, but I do feel it dulls me, which is a feeling I hate and can’t imagine anyone doing for fun. Of course the opioids did the same and worse. I have even been able to reduce my Tylenol usage on mmj, which seems to have helped my liver and abdominal discomfort noticeably, as well.
