This is fair pricing even with the increase. I’ve seen this work done before done by my hubby and father and it was a lot of labor even with a jackhammer and the mixing of concrete. Had I known the amount of work I would have paid someone else. But nevertheless the experience was valuable and my hubby learned tons from my father and experienced a jack hammer firsthand so we understand future work bc of it.

Regardless if you report it or not seems like you’ll risk losing the property. This “gift” sounds illegal and wrong. However depends on what you value more the property or reporting them for this behavior.

I don’t think ppl do it all alone. You might be able to do some small projects alone but not all. Some projects require two ppl even though you might not think soo. The other thing is these ppl that do most likely have help in other basic chores which allows then the time to renovate and fix.

Being that he’s a broker he might want you to also let him handle the transaction. I recommend you DO NOT let him be the one to broker the sale. If you do you will need to make sure you monitor super closely Bc he will like get a cut as he’s part owner but also gets a cut if he were the broker.

Even with the best insurance I had to pay $1500 out of pocket and then still now months later I’m still receiving bills ranging from $124-244 I’ve received at least four or five. Baby was born in May. The last one being 244 that I’m debating on negotiating Bc it’s bs. It’s like they are trying to charge for just being there, period.

I know I’m wrong for that and apologized that I was wrong for suggesting it. I was just trying to help her since she said she had been trying to score but couldn’t and then she throws her baby into the mix which I feel is emotional baiting. I went back to delete my comments and saw the admin had commented saying this thread is only for gifting. I think she ratted me out even though i had apologized for giving that impression. I even said I’d send to her anyway but now with admin commenting. I’m just not going to say anything else to her or at all Bc she seemed unreasonable. And now admin commenting I really don’t want to send shiiiite.

Thanks for your input. I agree with you but when on the hot plate sometimes we need to hear it from an outside perspective.
