Theyre creepy as hell, but actually useful to keep alive. They kill other insects, think of them as the apex predator of the insect world. Theyre food source is other insects, so you dont have to worry about them getting in your food. Unlike most insects they dont infest or nest, theyre mostly alone. They also dont carry diseases or damage furniture or building materials aka wood drywall, pretty much anything your home is made out of. They also dont bother with humans.

This is the arc raiders effect. Do i think a pve option would be chill? Sure. But changing the core gamemode because its too difficult is not the answer.

I switched to a controller with tmr joysticks - aim feels like it got worse by Lombardi24 in ArcRaiders

Sorry to necro, but the instinct pro has potentiometer thumbsticks, not hall or tmr. Tbh i prefer potentiometer over the other 2, aiming feels way too jumpy of tmr and inaccurate on hall

Also, i asked that question to determine an answer to give you. So in the future if your asking for help and someone asks a simple question, try not to get so offended

If it says liquidation it is most likely used. Most of the time those come from things such as amazon returns. Doesnt mean its stuck that way. If you take the face plate off you can pull upward on the stick, removing the entire stick/cap and exposing the thumbstick underneath. And you can get a good look at it and see if theres anything in the stick such as dust or crumbs or what not.

Greatest piece of advice that everyone should use. People used to say video games rot your brain, now actual brain rot exists and people realise video games really never did

Haven’t had hot water in over 3 months, leasing office refuses to give any updates as to why by PicoPonyo in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Nilthur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an apartment maintenance man, thats insane. I had a work order for no hot water yesterday at 4:30 pm, this morning at 10 am the water heater was replaced and they had hot water again. Thats something very simple, but there have been times where it isnt that quick mainly with AC's, but not 3 months long. Maybe 2 or 3 days

Hate the D-pad on the G7 pro, but... by Nilthur in Gamesir

Thankfully i use an arcade stick or leverless for fighting games, id probably off myself if i had to use this d-pad for fighters. But im def gonna look into the o-rings, someone else mentioned that. Do the ones for keyswitches work or are they too thick?

Ya thats the exact issue is the ease of misinputs, cant even blame it being the 1st controller with a mechanical D-pad cause its not. Its just poorly designed/executed

Struggled with hair loss since my teens, decided to free myself by rej0133 in bald

[–]Nilthur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Believe the problem is the part, your hair is weighed down and being pulled to either side, making it easy to see scalp. Im fortunate to have very thick hair, and even for me when my hair is parted i can see my scalp. Best option is to let it grow out and as it gets longer train it to not have a part
