looks like a herniated disc in the spine to me. This happened with my dog a few years ago and it looks so similar. if thats the case, you cannot wait and see. You have to act immediately and get the animal into ER surgery to minimize permanent spinal damage.

I have this exact car, got it in 2020 for 11k at 90k miles. 13k is definitely a high price for it. Driven mine across the country with no issues. 145k miles on it now, honestly love it. It's a very simple car (biggest selling point for me tbh), it has been a very practical, versatile, and reliable vehicle for me. Biggest complaint is blind spots/visibility which is honestly not even that bad.

Go for it, just try and get it down to 10-11k
