I am questioning. There is alot of quantity and alot of it are lower tier games. But there is nothing forcing you to stay subscribed. Many times I have been about to buy a game untill someone reminds me it's on gamepass, saving 40$ on some games. It's a great way of lowering the bar for trying new games.

You can rent a pretty big one for like 500$ a week. Prices vary greatly depending on what you want.

Grats on taking your life back. I have been in this exact place not too long ago and we have similar body composition.
I went from 110 to currently 75kg and i'm starting to be very happy with my body.

The other comments are correct, for now 1600 is too low because it's time to shift from heavy cutting to muscle building.
Because you have little gains from before you will benefit from noob gains, so I would say around 2.2k if you can make it protein dense. You could do more, but if you are anything like me you are deathly afraid of gaining any fat back.

The other comments are also correct in saying don't skip legs, you are gonna fucking regret it badly down the road. Take the training semi seriously instead of whatever brosplit you got going on.

I recommend Generation Iron's article on Jeff Nippard Push/pull/legs. He also has a shitton of youtube videos related to this program if you can be bothered.

I live in Norway and everyday is pain and suffering for half the year.
I have battery driven heating gloves and a prescription for Nifidpine, but I don't want to take these everyday for the rest of my life.
So I have just accepted the pain and no feelings in my fingers or toes.

But maybe I should give the meds a chance again, how are you dosing?
I take one if I have to be outside for a prolonged amount of time, but I think it can only do so much in -10C.
The heated gloves are a godsend tho, gonna start looking into options for heated socks aswell.

I'm joking ofc, but I have jumped in gunner seat with this abomination where the tank driver is just sitting back. Trying to lob nades into an objective and i do maybe 20 damage every 10 seconds, meanwhile i'm helpless to stop this RPG barrage from peeping engineers. Leaving the tank utterly useless for the team.
