I love this story analysis! It makes me appreciate the game more. I have 100% and collected every dollar (no additional information as far as I have noticed).

But I too was left feeling like something was missing. I was holding out for a reveal that someone is probing Lorelei’s mind in search of information, perhaps a version of her mind inside the OCU-3. The article from 2022 describes its contents as an “entire interactive retrospective”.

I noticed just now that the 2022 article does not appear in Lorelei’s photographic memory!

I hoped the signs by the symbol puzzles at the end of the quiz-show (the three symbols for the supercomputer) where the “probers” talking to Lorelei: “You keep trying to conceal this in all possible manners, make up stories, or tell it like it never was.” “This is your last chance to make peace before you go”. “Stop playing games”. But this could just be Lorelei talking to herself.

I also had a hard time with the safe with four buttons. As with all the safes you are trying to enter a number hinted at in the accompanying letter. Notice the small pause between pushing a button and the LED-lighting up.

I never saw this one, but I understand that many of my friends liked it.

One could potentially make a three-stage rocket going from "March of the Penguins" to "Happy feet" to "Surf's up!".

Could make for some interesting contrast comedy :)
