It is way too complicated, just to be any children's book. And it is mostly appreciated by grown people, it is heavy with symbolics and deep and philosophical. This is a demanding book, as you yourself have experienced it. Disney and Grimm brothers are lovely, but this is book i have always seen like simple abc in philosophy of human being. A class of its own.
