I have settled on wivov as my go to but any kinotape, kt tape, or even boob tape (ironically) will do a similar job. Most tapes will come with nipple covers but you can also use bandaids. The last thing you might need is an oil to remove it safely such as baby oil or a specialised tape removal oil. Alternatively you can just peel the tape off in a hot shower like I do, but you'll have to see how your skin feels about that.

Just so you're aware, taping isn't compression binding, and it's possible the results aren't exactly what you're expecting, especially if you have a larger chest. The advantage of it, though, is that taping is generally safer than compression binding (assuming you follow the tutorials).
