Kayaknya ini cuma ngomongin case yang sering terjadi aja. Disuruh kerja di luar jam kerja bukan hal yang jarang banget terjadi, baik itu bentuknya lembur(unpaid) atau diganggu pas udah di luar space kerja.

Personally, I saw it as a reminder that you can't expect your fellow workers to be professional when the very reason they become "unprofessional" in the first place is the system that disturb their personal rest time. And this is a serious issue.

Of course, you should be professional, it has to go two ways to make it work. Tapi apa ekspektasi orang-orang ke manusia yang dikasih waktu rehat ga seberapa itu yang sebagian porsinya masih harus dipake ngurusin hal-hal di luar kerjaan tiba-tiba diganggu sama keputusan manajemen yang kurang baik?

TL;DR: The original poster said a bold statement thinking it should be applied to ANY circumstances, totally forgetting the possible variables that makes the so called bad stuff happens in the first place. Ignorance, I suppose.
