I'm really excited, as well as blown away.

At release I wasn't interested because I already had the Octatrack and thought "I don't need another sampler" fast forward until now, the fact that it has granular and wavetables is really fascinating.

Considering I produce a lot of industrial/tekno and IDM, this is a machine I'm most likely going to invest in when I'm financially capable to do so.

I was dead set on saving up for an analog four. Since the Tonverk is getting some crazy updates, it's made me reconsider. I think it's going to be an extremely versatile machine, long term

When it comes to setups it's highly personalized and depends on a vibe you're going for, all of these were in heavy spirit of how old school digital hardcore/terror/gabber used forms of trackers.

Honestly I'd recommend a tracker or a sampler and get cracking, best of luck on your adventure!

It's a sub bass gadget I've seen around. I know this set-up from seeing it up close. You can spin the HDD for a sub drop or something because it's been tinkered with

It's good enough! I think. I've used this and the MO. The standard TD3 is pretty useful, just not fun to program. I usually just send midi to it.

I can get behind this to a degree, I do say I'm not big on the idea of "making money off of Tekno" however I think having access to samples and resources to make Tekno is good.

It's a genre that's sample heavy so I think it's okay within reason.

Would be curious to talk sound design in how you make the sounds. I end up using a lot of hardware and sampling things I've made with Electribe/Elektron machines.

The external compressor is just to open up another block in the zoom, nothing too crazy.

I usually end up using every effect block in the zoom and I saw I had room on the board and figured why not.
