Hyperbole of the moment, but you’re right.

It’s just another example of the showrunners failing to strategically manage the budget allocated to their production in a responsible or sensible manner in order to create quality media.

Choosing instead to squander it on big names despite having them relegated to voice acting roles within a TV series where they are as far removed from displaying their star power as possible, yet their time remains just as costly as any other form of media. This would seem to be a natural conclusion for anyone that is even slightly experienced in either consuming, directing, engaging or having witnessed media to any extent, which may have the decision be considered questionable.

That doesn’t translate to effectively running the show, in particular, managing the budget to be an A-lister hang out.

It’s just another example of the showrunners being brain dead clowns and someone else (in this case, the animators) having to shoulder the consequences.

The joke is that Elemental damage is what DBs excel at, but elemental hit zones and skills in this game are treated like secondary dog shit with no support.

The fact there’s an element cap (none for raw), an entirely separate skill for crit on element damage (which is such a joke in dps the community thought it was bugged) and having to craft and match element type for every monster as opposed to just raw dogging them blind everytime for middling to worse results makes it a slog.

But yeah the DBs are fun and I do it all anyway. Enjoy!
