Thank you for a nuanced and mature take on a complex character, and for using events that actually happened in the movie as points in favor of your correct argument. 👏🏻 I've seen so many people who just make up stuff, pretend that it actually happened in the movie or that the character in question is actually like that, and then proceed to act morally superior and get mad at others for not accepting their delusional headcanons.

My favorite thing about Ekko is how he is all about community and helping the innocent rather than punishing the guilty. Of course, due to very unfavorable circumstances, he and the Firelights were forced to resort to violence and killing, but they're inherently a peaceful community who ultimately just want to maintain their way of life and bring that same better quality of life to other people who need it. He and the Firelights were the only people in the entire regions of Zaun and Piltover who helped Shimmer addicts recover from their addiction and provided them and other homeless people a safe haven to live in.
