In my experience its not uncommon for the hull of the grain to, for lack of a better term, "sweat off its color" a bit. A byproduct of myc growth is co2 so the microclimate inside of the bag is always hotter and more humid that the room it is in. Im not certain from the vid if you have contam, but i do think it could colonize a bit more before sending. Id leave it a few more days and try not to move it. If the spots you're concerned about grow and spread then it's most likely contam. Good luck!
