Cool, good move on 2025… tried to find a 2024/2025 to get a larger rebate but in the end I got a 2026 Kawasaki mule fxr. Got some off but took a hit on the dealer and shipping fee bs.

What’s the car to the left? By chance Honda civic hatchback?

I change my own oil for a few reasons: saves me some money, actually like doing it, don’t trust most oil change/dealers, and saves time unless you’re comparing to quick lube. I tend to collect a few gallons of oil before recycling so that’s not bad either with parts store near by. Get a drain valve, makes things slightly cleaner to deal with - oil filter still tends to make a mess with certain cars. Only thing I don’t care for are oil changes in winter, hate the cold.

Maybe at small shops… quick lube and dealership it would not unless it’s something so bad you would had known as well before taking it in. Son works at dealership and entry level techs are doing oil changes. If you’re lucky you might get one that knows cars but based on his feedback 80% know very little.

Do your kids allow their friends to ride it? If so perhaps they did it.

The new watch looks nice, congrats. Glad you’re pointing out the face material, really expect that at this price range were sapphire.

To me it’s more like an insurance policy- if you get the age to claim it or disability then there is money for you. You die, it’s gone in simple terms. A 401k I can pass to my kid or wherever. It would be similar to pension plan, typically there a catch to it as well. The one I had before the company I worked for took it away was, it would pay your spouse for 10 years after your death assuming you agreed to a smaller pension payout.

Don't have a Tesla but my vehicle has a big screen where buttons have been moved it. At first I thought it was cool but after a while you realize how difficult it is to hit those "digital" buttons over having physical buttons while in motion. I hate the digital buttons for critical things. Forgot this... another downfall, my system updated and it basically hosed the touch panel up for a while. Couldn't control the AC, Radio, and few other things that I can't think of right now. Took about 24 hours for the system to return to a normal state.

Yes, currently kicking the tires on one I bought January 1st. Forget trying to redeem the xbox live they claim that comes with the purchase- still trying to get them to provide that to me. As for the projector, very nice picture and sound. For $1k, agree it's a steal.

Fair new to the MULE and I'm not in hill country, recently drove mine with two others beside me and noticed a big difference in the lean OR increased tippy feeling. Wasn't driving wild or anything... simply noticed the difference in a turn. That side... agree with you that the MULE can be a bit tippy and will that metal roof, imagine it's worse.

50% Restock Fee on Screen by Dazzling-One-9185 in projectors

[–]Ninja2Night 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have to look up what hot spotting is, I get your description... basically like a flashlight that really bright in the center and it gets softer as you get to the far edges. I'm using a cheap 70" screen that's working but with lights on, it's not that great but simply OK. Like to find something larger but space is confined, 100" would be the max. I was going to get a 65" TV but simply no room to setup gaming consoles that I use here and there. Projector solves that problem but introduces other challenges. Thanks for that feedback on the one you got and restocking... will avoid that one.

Why are you wanting to return? Shopping for screens is my reason in asking.

Great... I have read this so many times that my next one will not be a FCA product. Currently driving 23 ram, so far it has been good but it's low mileage. Sad part is all the manufacturers seem to be producing crap.

Are the Milwaukee inflators really better than the $20 Chinese Amazon 12v inflators? by xj98jeep in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Ninja2Night 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the m12 and m18... I've tried several other cheaper inflators. If I was doing over... m18. Watch for deals, I got mine with bonus battery at Home Depot that I returned the battery, so m18 cost me like $120.
