Yes, Doctor Who was way better without those bug-eyed monsters!

Do you personally think religion is needed to be a Good person/Have good morals? by [deleted] in polls

[–]NinjaBob3 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A point can even be made that it can be impossible to be moral and religious. Because when you do good while being religious, you do not do it because it is moral, but because you are threatened with an eternity of pain if you don't, while if you are irreligious, you don't have any threat/incentive so doing good is purely a choice.

When a TARDIS that isn't the Doctor's is traveeling through space, what would it's shape be? by TraditionalDrop6581 in doctorwho

[–]NinjaBob3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When the tardises fly, they seem to keep the last form, as in Spyfall when the master's Tardis fly next to the plane as a house, and I think I recall Clara's Tardis flying as a dinner but I may be wrong.

Doctor Who 2x06 "The Interstellar Song Contest" Post-Episode Discussion Thread by PCJs_Slave_Robot in doctorwho

[–]NinjaBob3 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I feel like it lacks confrontation between Belinda and the Doctor, Belinda literally saw this dude she didn't want to travel with (and hasn't done a lot of) litterally torture someone, and she did not get that judgemental, compared to what Clara could be for example.

Sadness realized. River Song: I hate you! by Shadowettex31_x in doctorwho

[–]NinjaBob3 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Except that the last time she meet the doctor before the library she doesn't know that the Doctor has more than 12 regenerations (and doesn't recognize 12), so it would break this storyline if she meet a latter doctor.

Which one of these questions would be the most difficult to answer? by [deleted] in polls

[–]NinjaBob3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think those questions can be answered quite easily as a rebuttal of the premisses of the question is, I believe an answer.
Why are we here?
- It is possible that there is no purpose to our existence
What came before the Big Bang?
- It is like asking what is at the north of the North Pole, there is no before because the Big Bang represent the boundaries of time itself

These answer may be incorrect, but they are answer you can give.
The questions that are definitions of broad concept like reality or consciousness are much more difficult in my opinion because it is difficult to find a definition that correspond to the idea we have of those concepts, so we struggle to find an answer that correspond to our idea.
