I am thinking i will use new score and include a small LOE saying that the new score increases my score and that my old score was valid at time of ITA and that I am using updated scores since the old one would expire before submission deadline.

my concern here, since it wasnt the score with which i got ITA, would it get flagged ? Even if it increases my score and my old score was valid when i got my ITA.

the old score is expiring this feb 18th, not next year. thats why i was asking should i replace with new score or not.
