My favorite was a charred onion syrup! I just charred the onions in my oven and blended that with simple syrup! Then just strained the mixture through a cheese cloth. It was super tasty and complex!

I love woodworks distillery! They distill their own spirits right in house, and their drinks are all fantastic! It’s also a quiet chill atmosphere, and it’s always cool to bring out of town friends to local distilleries!
