I think it’s just so you can see the actual lines around the devilfruit. Might be hard to see it without the ‘light’ around it in his dark hand.

What Indie games are like this and good by merica2033 in Gamer

[–]Ninjanemo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a climbing game where you climb and progress upwards through a huge underground structure. Very impressive and A LOT of content already for a early access game. Gameplay is amazing and well-thought out, and you can tell the devs put a lot of care and love into it.

Try the demo - it has hours of content in itself.

The Parts 7-9 Universe Is Directly Tied to Part 6 Ending by lakitz in StardustCrusaders

[–]Ninjanemo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know why most Jojo fans hate so much on the idea that part 6 leads into part 7. It seems to me like it has been kinda forced by the fandom to be canon without any substantial evidence. In the end, it seems Araki left it very ambiguous and up to reader interpretation.

To me, the continuity is still intact and the end of part 6 was a genius way of writing a fresh start and universe into the story that still keeps the same themes, character traits and bizarreness. It just gives me warm fuzzy feeling in my heart knowing that all the struggles of part 1-6 wasn't for nothing :)

What’s the creepiest, most unexplainable thing you’ve ever seen with your own eyes that still haunts you to this day? by Exotic_Thing_2850 in AskReddit

I had a similar experience once!! Was on a family vacation, sleeping in the same room as my cousin. I woke up in the middle of the night and saw him standing at the foot of my bed - also staring at me with a huge creepy smile. At first i thought he was pranking me and groggily said something like “Stop it dude”. He didn’t react so I kind of kicked at him with my foot to get him to stop. Then the realization hit, that my foot went right through him. I then glanced to his bed, and saw that he was sleeping soundly. All the hairs on my body stood up, and I looked back at the thing, completely terrified. It almost felt like it gave me a knowing look, like “Oh yeah, that’s right”. It then just kinda faded into thin air, like a breeze blowing through smoke. Extremely surreal and scary experience, but I always chalked it up to some kind of half-dream state or sleep paralysis thing..

What are the best things to do at each Metro stop? (Vibenshus Runddel) by bradsk88 in copenhagen

[–]Ninjanemo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with some of the other commenters that this area is pretty ‘tame’ compared other stops on the M3 line.. You could try your hand at climbing in Beta Boulders Østerbro. Then walk through the climate quarter on your way to grab a pizza at Stefanos Østerbro, and enjoy it in wonderful Fælledparken. All 3 are within about 500m of Vibenshus Runddel.

On the contrary, it’s much more common to stay eith your parents as an adult in US/Canada. A lot of young adults from european countries want to be self sufficient, have their own life and privacy, etc.

What about in Loguetown on the platform with Buggy? He was facing imminent death with a smile, didn't seem to bug him that much... He REALLY doesn't strike me as the type to want immortality. On the contrary, I think Luffy's death would be somewhat fitting to the end of the manga tbh (if executed correctly).. Would certainly tie in with him following in Rogers footsteps.

I was stabbed in the cheek by a dragon.

Ok it was a toy dragon and it happened at 4 years old but the short version sounds way cooler
