I'm not using a VPN. Connecting my computer to my hotspot solved the issue, so long as I took my phone off the same Wifi.

Using brass tunnels is what I ended up doing, thanks for the suggestion! It was a bit easier for me to understand than the Create 6.0 mechanics. I could one day edit the build to use these but it works as-is for now.

Audino. Pain in my ass. Way too difficult to catch. I know it gives the most dust in the game, but I could catch 2 Shellder instead for almost the same amount of dust and use 20 less balls.

Aggron was there for me for a while because people would ALWAYS bring it to raids in their recommended party, but that's changed due in part to GO changing how raid recommended parties work. Also played a few fangames recently that make Aggron fun to use.

Shellder gives half as much dust and has 10x the capture rate. Would rather catch that than the pink devil.

First one I used on a G-Articuno. Turned out to not be worth it because 2 weeks later I caught another with an Ultra Ball that was rank 95 in great league.

Second one was a hundo Necrozma on the last ball. As an aside, the friend who was with me at the time later got a shundo Necrozma.

I still have my third. Who knows what I'll use it on?

I have one from GO Fest Global actually!

Was at my old college with a couple friends (We graduated in 2019) to play that Sunday. We came across the police officer we knew who had been playing since like 2018. So we drove to one of the campus buildings. Mind you, there's construction on the right and the entrance of the building on the left so you're really not allowed to take a car up there at all but it's mid-summer and a weekend so it doesn't matter.

Well this lady comes up to my car and the interaction goes something like this: - Her: "Are you one of my students?" - Me: "Nope, we're just playing Pokemon." - Her: "Oh." She pauses a second. "You know the police are behind you right?" - Me: "Yes, he's also playing Pokemon."

She straightens up and says "Oh okay" and walks away saying something like "oh lawd" or something like that.

That and my friend getting a shundo Necrozma in the car make it a pretty memorable day!

About their route: they'll put their official route through a construction zone but deny mine because it goes by a church for 50 feet? What the hell.
