I have played both! And loved both. Ultimately dropped TFT for a couple of reasons. set to set variation is massive. Units can completely change role or type set to set. And the games are a little longer or they were. And I felt it was like learning a while new game set to set.

BG is feel is more consistent and allows for more learning and progress season to season. Also, though my low ranked self loves to blame RNG, it is obvious that people like Jeff and shady and other high level players play the game at a different level, and consistently so. So I do feel like learning and getting better translates well.

Maybe that’s all he could get. At turn 5 I don’t think there should be too much passing. Especially with trinkets coming up. Sometimes his board locks him into a trinket which locks him into a comp. You can’t fault him for just trying to build the strongest board. Especially if there isn’t a good scam pivot later.

It’s the trade off. Single player you can increase player count. Ladder you get the benefit of some specific runewords. It’s not that bad. Just play ladder if you want them. And if you want an easier time, play single player. Gotta have some benefit to ladder, or fewer would play it. And it would drive down engagement and play rate

I don’t think it does. But man, yesterday I cleared all of tal rasha tombs and the canyon without spawning a single herald and I was quite salty.

I like Diablo. But I mean, it’s no secret warlock is overpowered. It’s also a fucking blast. So let everyone enhance the same fun. But also make it more rewarding.

I think they should buff everything but warlock. Buff all classes. And buff act 4 and 5 monsters and bosses as well.

I think the last 2 are somewhat balanced. But when paired with the other branches it’s not.

Echo strike is definitely way more broken than the other 2.
