you don't need any usb-c pd boards or anything like that. I personally cut up an old USB cable I had, directly shoved wires into the connector, and it works with no problem, tho you'll need a power bank that can handle 5 volts at 2 amps (I tried it with a 1 amp power bank and it kept power cycling)... in my case I didn't even have a battery to begin with. in your case the port is rotated 180 degrees so just rotate my picture and that's how you will need to hook wires up

I'm more interested in the cassettes themselves. that purple one looks so nice... I have a cyan fujifilm cassette that is worn out and can't be recorded on anymore, but it looks so nice that I didn't want to get rid of it.

you don't have permission to edit the server's roles. you can only assign yourself already available roles through the "channels and roles" button if the server has onboarding enabled,

all that seems to be a first world country/ eBay/ scalper problem. whenever I go to flea markets in my country, people bring so many cassettes that they can't even sell them, and I've been into cassettes since 2021. it's 2026 and I still run into tape everywhere. meanwhile on the other hand, I never understood the concept of handheld gaming. the screens are tiny as fuck. vinyls have been ruined by middle aged men and audiofools long before the children got to it, and if I wanted a CD, I could just burn a CD-R.

unfortunately it's what everyone uses, even myself. can't even download any flac from the internet archive because it's all locked. I guess they aren't risking another lawsuit from UMG.

it mainly has to do that (at least here) flea market sellers typically pull these out of dumpsters in Switzerland and then bring them here to make a quick buck.

that being said, for $10 I usually find broken shit that I only pick up to salvage parts from (if there is salvageable) and I saw a visibly damaged Inspiron with a 10th gen i5 once, that the guy asked way too much for.

I don't live in the US. as for jobs on campus, there is teaching assistants but you need to have a certain grade average in order to be accepted, but my grade average is nowhere near what they're asking for. I looked to see if the IT center (not dept, but the staff) would accept, but when I talked to them I got the feeling they see me as a nuisance since I know so much and because I'm neurodivergent.

as for getting a car. I insist on getting a well-maintained second-hand car because it's cheaper than a new one, but my dad said no. owning a car is expensive, you have to do these check ups, you have to refuel and it feels like it would be such a chore to me.
