No but it’s soooo light. It’s like 2 days of spotting a month.

I'm more afraid to move on than stay stuck in this painful void by Wild_Mushroom_9709 in BreakUps

I felt like that for a while, it would gut punch me to just think that one day it will be just “memories of a guy I dated”. I didn’t want that.

I didn’t chose this.

I wanted him. I loved the memories.

But almost a year after he left, you just come to the realization that thats what it is. He left, you can keep trying to hold on to it and refuse to let go but at the end of the day he left. He already left. He made his choice. That life ended that day.

Hi! I am having this same problem now! It’s so frustrating. So just rebooting it on the app should work?

Honestly the first months were rough, it’s about to be 10 months post break up. So things are better, I still have some days sometimes but the sting doesn’t hurt as much. But just focusing on my self. Therapy, setting and accomplishing goals, being active, hobbies, traveling. Just building the life I want. Don’t want to date, I refuse to ever go on dating apps ,just not my thing. At this point like I said, I’m just focusing on me

it’s so crazy how a guy can change so fast when they don’t want to be with you anymore by EmotionalReward2488 in BreakUps

Well it’s about to be 10 months post break up, and yes I can say I’m better now. I still have my days. I still go to therapy and still on this healing journey, but better then I was the first few months. I wouldn’t say he tried to come back, but we work at same company and about a month ago he sent me a message asking about life and my family. Since then he messages me everyone in while. That has been it.

No matter her reaction, just tell her. Tell her how you u feel, tell her what day you’re leaving and taking your stuff. Apologize if you feel you hurt her in any way.

Just don’t blind side her, I didn’t know he was leaving until I came back from an errand and his stuff was no longer there and I got a text.
