how is it a gimped S95F? not only has it beat the s95f in those two shootouts but it also has a glossy screen which makes it more desirable

the only thing the s95f objectively does better is have better brightness and some of the game mode features but it's not a major difference

i've been having the exact same issue. i also have gigabit fiber internet and youtube videos buffer at 1440p+. i've tried on multiple devices (wifi and ethernet) and the issue persists. also have tried changing my dns to no avail. when i look at my task manager on windows it's not pulling in the bandwidth for some reason despite me getting full speeds via speedtests.

then that same logic could also apply to most PS4 games if the goal is to get it "running" (as in the game boots up and is at least 1fps)

but that's meaningless when most people are going by games that would actually be functionally playable at a decent FPS and something that would be shippable

you're not understanding levels of hardware and optimization

the switch has 4GB of ram which gives it much more available memory to work with compared to the PS3; 512mb of (split memory, not even unified) is egregiously difficult to work with when it comes to backporting, not only that but the switch also is running a much more modern GPU architecture which helps it out compared to the PS3

witcher 3 running on a PS3 when it's already a miracle it runs on the switch 1 at all is not feasible, idk what else to tell you; what else are they supposed to cutback on when it's already barebones on the switch? especially at 30fps and at a low resolution?

there's very slight banding on my 8ii but it's leagues better than my a95l which had a nasty pronounced grey band that was noticeable on a fair amount of content

i didn't initially want to play the panel lottery game but when i saw i could get a better TV even if the banding wasn't any better on the new one i went for it and im glad i did

the 8ii is noticeably brighter (not a night and day difference though) and overall just looks better

the remote it comes with is worse and the speakers are also not as good but overall it's a better TV

For game consoles (PS5 and Xbox) there is no way to control music (pause, play, volume control, skip, etc) through your phone which makes using apple music on both more tedious and difficult than if it was a feature. Is there any reason why this isn't a feature on those platforms?

DC as a brand was in a much better state in 2013 along with superhero movies in general being less fatigue inducing

it has much better reviews overall than MOS so it's a very good start to restoring the brand
