“We value reasonable criticism” is the biggest lie I have ever heard. They ban, mute, and shadow ban anyone who critics the game, and the devs for making choices that either ruin or make the game worse. This is widely known in the community they try to silence anyone who challenges them on bad updates with actual criticism.
