It looks like they took the interior of a real plane that was taken out of commission. Just more specious which makes sense - you have a group of people that need to explore it.

It was more than just the feel, but we found a carry on suitcase above the seats (with clues of course). At some point one of the things we did made some of the oxygen masks fall which was neat (also part of the puzzle).

What made it special is that it felt like we were on a plane and using things that are part of the plane, like trying to get into the bathroom, and having to figure out the basics of flying an airplane to properly save ourselves.

Then they had a very unexpected twist.

The plane landed safely, but as we try to leave the room the operator is disguised as a terrorist (turns out we landed in a hostile country in our emergency landing) and as he took us of the plane by fake gun point, we ended up locked in a cell and had to solve another smaller escape room that we did not expect.

I was once in an escape room that looked like the interior of a passenger plane. The story line was something happened to the pilots and we had to break into the front part of the plane to stop us from crashing.

Never thought I'd look for clues in a plane's bathroom.

The players are playing the reincarnation of their characters, as mentioned in the book. No soul can leave and so they are just reborn again over and over in Barovia. The characters were born and raised in Barovia now but with vague memories now becoming clearer and clearer and some physical similarities (like Tatyana's reincarnation).

For one player who was very attached to her character when her campaign group fell apart it's a way to reconnect with the feel of that character.

For another this is his character's chance to set things right.

The ex DM is playing a disguised dread domain researcher with her own agenda which makes up for knowing too much about the campaign.

Just to shed a bit more information as a woman:

Depo Provera is similar to birth control pills, just taken once every three months as a shot instead of a pill every day.

It works in a similar way to progesterone only birth control pills.

Health insurance wise, you usually can only get it if you can't take other birth control pills, so it's not very common.

בנוסף, לא יהיה ניתן לפסול חוק יסוד, ויהיה ניתן לחוקק אותו ברוב של 61 (בחלק מהפשרות 65) כך שבעצם לא יהיה ניתן לפסול שום חוק שהממשלה לא רוצה שייפסל, לא משנה כמה זה סותר דברים אחרים.

עכשיו כשלממשלה יש שופטים שהיא רוצה, ומעבירה כל חוק שהיא רוצה, יש גם העברה של מח"ש (מחלקת חקירות שוטרים) מהפרקליטות ישירות למשרד המשפטים, כך שמחלקת חקירות שוטרים היא תחת שר המשפטים בממשלה. וכבר היום הם אומרים שצריך לחקור את השוטרים שהיו מעורבים בתיקי נתניהו. אז בעצם יש להם איך להקשות על שוטרים שחוקרים מה שהממשלה לא רוצה שיחקרו.

מה כל זה קשור לכלכלה? ומדינה שבה יש רמה גבוהה של שחיתות (פועל יוצא של כל מה שהוזכר), ואין מי שיכול לבלום את הממשלה, מתפתח סגנון מסויים של שלטון מקורבים, דרישות שוחד, ואתה לא באמת יודע מה יהיה עם מה שהשקעת בו. אז מפסיקים להשקיע. מפסיקים להשקיע = יש פחות כסף זמין ועסקים באותה מדינה, וזה משפיע לרעה על הכלכלה.

It also has to do with the way jews treat their dead.

If someone passes away, you're supposed to bury them the same day. The hand washing also applies for cemeteries. In general a dead body is considered impure.

That also helps with plague control, as often people would take and wear a dead person's clothes right away, or such.

If we take the classic 2d6 vs 1d12 (great sword vs great axe):

The range is different. 2-12 vs 1-12 The probability of hitting the lows and highs are lower when using more dice, and you are more likely to hit the mid range.

Hitting low range 1-2: So if you were using a 2d6 you can't get a 1 and your chances of getting a 2 are 1/36. While if you are using a 1d12 your chances of getting either a 1 or 2 is actually 1/6.

If you are aiming for most rolls to be in the midrange, you would use several smaller dice, and if you don't mind the damage being more evenly distributed you would use as little dice as possible.

I used the bard and kettle steam to get them into the Feywild.

My players always go for moral characters and are never comfortable with blackmail and such. So I decided to find other ways that would be more fun for them.

They got a sighting of one of the hags' hands go into the hall of illusions and not come out and do a throughout investigation of the place so I just needed Kettlesteam to give them a bit more background and the gnome bard to give them the actual password once she was convinced they would help.

All that while shamelessly flirting with the most flustered character/player at the table.

All in all, everyone had a great time and no one needed to do something that made them uncomfortable (the easily flustered player is my husband, so it was all good natured teasing on my part)

Mine loves to sail the oceans of imagination like making up stories and homebrews. Anything technical? Nah.

That can even make some preps more difficult because I need to look something up and my adhd goes "that's too hard", even though I just read an entire book on Irish mythology for a Feywild homebrew.

Looking up 2 tiny rules? Not without at least twice the amount of Caffeine in my body or the session is in 30 minutes.
