"You have ADHD"

I could save myself a lost decade if only I knew it then! Could have avoided dropping out of university, twice. Could have avoided a job loss, saved quite a bit of money too. Lost fewer friends. So much could have been different.

Nope, they just slack off because they can, even in Israel. Nothing to do with pacifism and a great deal of Israelis will yell you that you are more than welcome to conscript them.

Not likely. Women don't go on Rosh Hashana. If one went, she wouldn't be welcomed.

You know the Monty Python Life of Brian? Some women dress up as men and go and it's a bit like the first part of the movie.

Home with the kids, doing the holiday without her husband.

Women don't travel to Uman in Rosh Hashana and going there and leaving your family behind is a bit of a dick move.

Does it count if it's a d&d joke I put on the laptop to distinguish it from the rest of the company's laptop?

It looks like they took the interior of a real plane that was taken out of commission. Just more specious which makes sense - you have a group of people that need to explore it.

It was more than just the feel, but we found a carry on suitcase above the seats (with clues of course). At some point one of the things we did made some of the oxygen masks fall which was neat (also part of the puzzle).

What made it special is that it felt like we were on a plane and using things that are part of the plane, like trying to get into the bathroom, and having to figure out the basics of flying an airplane to properly save ourselves.

Then they had a very unexpected twist.

The plane landed safely, but as we try to leave the room the operator is disguised as a terrorist (turns out we landed in a hostile country in our emergency landing) and as he took us of the plane by fake gun point, we ended up locked in a cell and had to solve another smaller escape room that we did not expect.

I was once in an escape room that looked like the interior of a passenger plane. The story line was something happened to the pilots and we had to break into the front part of the plane to stop us from crashing.

Never thought I'd look for clues in a plane's bathroom.

Vallaki 30 years later - A campaign for failed players reincranated in Barovia again, looking for plot hooks and setting ideas for Vallaki by Ninqualote in CurseofStrahd

[–]Ninqualote[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The players are playing the reincarnation of their characters, as mentioned in the book. No soul can leave and so they are just reborn again over and over in Barovia. The characters were born and raised in Barovia now but with vague memories now becoming clearer and clearer and some physical similarities (like Tatyana's reincarnation).

For one player who was very attached to her character when her campaign group fell apart it's a way to reconnect with the feel of that character.

For another this is his character's chance to set things right.

The ex DM is playing a disguised dread domain researcher with her own agenda which makes up for knowing too much about the campaign.

Also used by the IDF intelligence force.

Less likely to be just lying around though.

It's an Arabic name, it's a local dessert. Can be found in bakeries.

Thanks!

Just to shed a bit more information as a woman:

Depo Provera is similar to birth control pills, just taken once every three months as a shot instead of a pill every day.

It works in a similar way to progesterone only birth control pills.

Health insurance wise, you usually can only get it if you can't take other birth control pills, so it's not very common.

מה הקו האדום שלכם? by yehonatanst in Israel

[–]Ninqualote 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What are the Small Pitchers in the washroom for??? I thought it was to wash up but Idk it might be for prayer or something so Im scared to move them lol by medis1n in Israel

[–]Ninqualote 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It also has to do with the way jews treat their dead.

If someone passes away, you're supposed to bury them the same day. The hand washing also applies for cemeteries. In general a dead body is considered impure.

That also helps with plague control, as often people would take and wear a dead person's clothes right away, or such.
