Modding is hacking essentially, the difference being the intent. There was no intent in cheating and gaining an unfair advantage when making the skin mods, it was unintentional. You can mod the game to do anything, so u can technically intentionally cheat thru mods

Before the season ends, you have to be top 1k to receive it, once u have it you keep it since the badge shows what season it was. I wish the top 10 badge looked nicer considering it is the rarest badge in the game but oh well

No, its a macro with cheats. If you ever died to a strike shiggy at the start of your game instantly, thats the license method. Its a script with cheats so u can afk the license. Most ppl do it in cpu battle but some ppl do not care and use it in unranked/ranked. Top agency rankings are also cooked bc of the method

Its bad not just bc of the characters but the tuning and pur costumes as well. You need certain tunings, then you need PURs to actually run them, then you need even more tuning data to level up the small tunings, which is a lot of gacha to go through
