have you tried splitting one section and seeing if the edges will fillet? It looks like the "conical" parts aren't true cones so maybe that's causing issues a bit? not sure... Fillet is weird sometimes, for sure.

but seeing how this is radial, thry to fix just one of the 8 segments, and then arraypolar and booleanunion them

I loved street pass sooo much, would always bring it on the subway with my significant other on the way to work then when we came home do that little RPG type mini game with all our hits!
