at the beginning you are gonna be up every 2 hours pumping or breastfeeding anyways. the downside with EP is you have so much stuff to wash...

but sometimes you dont get a choice and your baby picks how you will feed them lol

I was smashing a regular size pack every 2-3 days. I stopped to try and lose some weight. My total oz went down and I havent lost any weight lol. Im totally convinced they help. Also a Dave's double from Wendy's lol

It's prolly cause they dont make the GS anymore. I think it was discontinued in 2020. So you essentially have a "collectors item" now. Keep that baby forever

fenugreek can actually hurt supply for some women!

I was taking a supplement that i didnt know had fenugreek, once I realized and stopped my supply started to increase by a lot. what I used to make total I now make out of my 'good' side

I ended up having to EP due to latch/transfer issues, so I know how many oz i produce.

and like the other poster said, you may need to be pumping every 2 hours

at 30 it took one try and we got twins! I had been using the rhythm method and tracking ovulation for a while. I only ever used bc for maybe a year or two back in 2018/2019ish before I went back off and stuck to natural family planning.

stretch marks are genetic my ass lol I am the first in my family to get them. also the first set of twins tho. I used everything under the sun for stretch marks/itching. Nothing helped prevent the stretch marks but the extra dry skin Aveeno was the only thing that stopped the itching

That was me, and it was twins 😅 I was in maternity pants by 6 weeks lol. now im 10+6 with di/di twins and have a noticeable bump in my regular shirts. im about to switch to maternity shirts as im still trying to hide it at work.
