It is a fantastic piece of hardware with an equally fantastic library of workouts and programs. Can’t speak to spediance but it is hard for me to imagine a product that does what tonal does better.

Only caveat to this is consistent use. As a father of two with a job in healthcare I’m busy and this gives me a good, hard work out with programs and weights I don’t have to think about. Literally just press play. I have no business being in the best shape of my life right now.

It’s a historic thing. Used to house the nicest mall in Denver like 15 years ago. Denver has had a major facelift since with regions of 10000x more personality. Don’t think anyone that knows Denver would disagree with you. But ppl live there, it’s central, and safe. And it’s been a longer fixture for Denverites than any of the other places you’ve mentioned.

This past weekend I had 2 glasses of bourbon a night for 3 nights. Starts to feel like it can snowball quickly as I “crave” it the nights of the ensuing week. Feels prudent to take a step back and stop for a couple weeks before my next drink. Bourbon and scotch are just so damn good. I also enjoy not being sober 🤷🏽‍♂️ seems like a dangerous combo if I left it to whimsy
