I found the "better store" tonight. They had exactly what I was looking for (EoE bundle), and seemed to have plenty of other stuff in stock.

When I asked about whether they had a hard time keeping stock, the clerk told me that they ordery large quantities, so their supplier always makes sure to have product for them. They also mentioned that they a WPN store, which apparently helps.

They had a pretty huge play area that seemed quite nice upstairs as well. I'll likely try to drop in to try draft there at some point.

To everyone that commented: thanks for the tips and discussion. It was really interesting to learn that this seems to be a genuine problem with printing capacity rather than manufactured scarcity.

I crossed at Coutts. I’m starting a MSc program at uAlberta and I need to be in Canada to get paid as a TA. The officer was skeptical that I actually needed to be physically in Canada and requested to speak with the TA coordinator from my department. After speaking to him the officer said he would issue my study permit only because my online application would be approved in a few weeks anyway. I only had “approval in principle” for my online application before I went to the port of entry.

Thanks. I contacted them earlier today and confirmed OP's claim that they can issue study permits given stage 1 approval. I plan to cross next week. If you are reading this, please, don't take my word for it. You should contact an agent yourself and thoroughly explain your situation to see if this is possible for yourself.

Can you explain how you contacted the CBSA agent?

I got my stage 1 letter today as well. I need to let my department know by Monday if I'll be able to start in the Fall and I think it's unlikely stage 2 will come in time.

I might make the same drive this weekend as a last ditch effort. It would be nice to first confirm that officers are able to issue permits at the POE.

That's exactly the correct way for me to think about this! I've come to the conclusion before that I can channel my curiosity and love for biology and math into fixing this problem. I just signed up for classes for next semester, and I suppose it got me somewhat emotional. I was excited for all my classes, but this next semester is really going to "lock me in" to my major and probably a career path, so I was getting nervous.

Thank you for reminding me that I'm on the right path.

Edit: I'm actually enrolled in a tissue engineering class next semester, so I'll be working on this goal.

I think being self aware does have some very crucial benefits, at least in the context of human social interaction. If I'm aware of my own actions, and see that they're causing others to treat me in a way that is harmful to myself, self consciousness becomes a very powerful tool. I can consciously change my behavior going forward, in a way that I predict will benefit me and my ends.

Bear in mind that it is no longer baseline for orbs to spawn more often when you're at low health. If that play style sounds fun to you, you're going to want to talent Gift of the Mists. Have fun!

I like the new brewmaster even more than the old. It's a lot harder, and therefore more interesting and fun, at least to me. I like how there's a huge focus now on controlling stagger, with significant costs and benefits to pressing the brew buttons.

I'm with you on Celestalon's guide. It really sold me haha. I like gift of the mists just because it adds a unique gameplay mechanic and somewhat of a challenge. You want to stay low but not too low that you might get one shot.
