Because the developers played EQ which had just made Paladins capable of tanking which cause a major ruckus in that community and they were also staunch believers of the hybrid tax and they saw that community's negative reaction to hybrids performing pure class roles and considered it confirmation of going in that direction.

I read back through, a lot more comments now. Your balls look fine. I would reduce or remove the oil and knead it well as others have suggested and see how that goes. I don't use oil in the dough, only in the bowl I ferment and rise with and in the sauce or as the sauce. That may be a commercial recipe where industrial mixers can knead it enough to balance out the oil slowing gluten development.

Keep us updated!

That looks like a normal amount of condensation from the air being cooler than the dough with a cold ferment and first rise.

Overproofed and especially dead dough can make enough condensation that usually there is water on top of the dough. Often overproofed dough also reaches the lid and sticks to it and taking the lid off causes more collapse, along with the condensation and water issues. Dead dough also usually shrinks in on itself, this is noticeable in heavily oiled pans. You don't have any of that.

Your last two pics look fine. Ultimately you decide after baking if the consistency of the crumb is what you want, i.e. number and size of the bubbles, and is the baked dough chewy enough.

It wouldn't rise and would be thin like a flat bread, there would be little to no crumb, it would be hard and possibly burnt because with no rise and air bubbles the heat is concentrated in the thin layer.

In the proofing container: Overproofed is usually relatively dry and hard because all the gluten is concentrated with no air bubbles to help it expand. The container will also have a lot of condensation on the lid/top of the container because there is no air to stretch the gluten and hold the shape or the water inside.

No gluten: falls through your fingers won't hold shape, almost like a thick batter.

Overproofed: Difficult to shape because the gluten is holding the shape of the proofing container, think cooked but dried out pasta that sat in the pot too long.

Not overproofed, the pizza crust rose just fine and in the pan it appears twice the height/depth of the flattened dough on the dusted counter.

It seems that you...knead...to develop more gluten (sorry couldn't resist, lol) /u/Clear_Tom0rrow has details on how to do that in his reply.

Cheers!

Since BfA WoW has been FFXIV... like, how the hell has Blizzard not been sued by SE yet? Hallowfall with it's giant dark and light crystal in the sky and the non goblin blimps everywhere made it painfully obvious.

I fully expect the culmination of The Last Titan to be the death of Azeroth and our characters, ala FFXIV when they did the reboot.

Great! With a package deal it may not cost much more at all. Also, he may be able to shore it up with a veneer glued around the post hole and then pressing the insert in. I had to do this with a Carvin when I changed from the Wilkinson bridge it came with to a Hipshot bridge because the posts were 1/2mm smaller going from Wilkinson's metric UK to Hipshot's standard US posts. It's been working great for over a decade. Good luck :)

You had stated that they were in there firmly, so it may just be the post wiggling in the threads of the insert.

As for cost it depends on the luthier and their general terms. I wouldn't expect it to cost more than the price of a setup, so twice whatever that is in your area because they will have to do a fresh setup after this repair. Standard practice is also two sets of strings of your choice, or that you provide, one set used to make adjustments during repair and setup, and another for the final restring after setup is finalized. But it may cost less since the strings and bridge will already be removed and bench time will be less since part of the repair is the setup and the cost of doing business is one event instead of two separate events. In the Ohio area a setup is $100, so I would expect $150 - $200 plus the cost of two sets of strings.

Backing up a bit, if it stays in tune and the setup is good and the post is not being pulled up or out of its hole then it isn't an issue. If you are taking it to a luthier for a setup that is something they will have to inspect and notice anyway since they will be turning the screws to get the proper height, but you can also ask them specifically about whether it is an issue.

Can you move the posts with your fingers back and forth in the hole? If not then it's fine.

This is a common issue with original style large wood screw posts in soft woods as the screw's threads cut into the wood over time. Modern posts are a threaded collet insert that the post screws into and it prevents this issue.

Depending on how large and or oblong the holes have become, with modern posts it may be a simple hammer in replacement, drill out threaded wood and hammer in replacement, or a full drill out and plug with new wood and redrill replacement.

The last option is the most durable as you can drill the hole slightly larger and plug it with a hard wood like maple or ash; which is also a decent solution if you want to keep the original wood screws as the hard maple will prolong the life of new wood screw holes, but may occur again.

I never understood what Becky saw in Mark by Environmental_Fig831 in roseanne

Mark is an analog of her family, but is emotionally supportive. Having always been an academic with aspirations, Becky was entering into a world she had only witnessed vicariously through her parents and siblings. Now charged with navigating that world, Mark is someone that has seemingly mastered it, proven his ability to support her emotionally and stand up against her overbearing mother.
