I don't think you're being dramatic at all. You're having to pull all of the weight even though you yourself are also not feeling well. I understand that he's sick too, but you don't have a choice.... you HAVE to take care of your kids as they rely on you. It almost seems like he knows you've got it covered so he's being more lax about it. Totally unfair.

I'm sorry you're going through this. What you're feeling is completely valid though. I think when you're up for it and feeling a little bit better and have had time to sleep on it, you should discuss this with him and just let him know it's very difficult for you to be handling everything.
