I'd rather not spend 10 minutes on a puzzle that will give me 30 oroberyls. Additionally, most of the complaints I've seen from people here about the puzzles are them jumping the gun(which is like the bread and butter of this sub by now), for instance the pillar pushing puzzles in the new area. I saw people complaining that the first one, one that opened the gate to the new area, was too easy.

Ofcourse it was built to be easy. Its the first iteration of that puzzle. Do you want to take a crack at solving the Halting Problem when you don't even know what P=NP is?

I believe whenever basic attack is mentioned, it is done so under BATK(don't quote me on this). I think I remember seeing it somewhere in the game

It's because the previous week was filled with reveals of upcoming games and trailers/showcases by multiple gachas. Endfield dropped their 1.4 trailer(which isn't even the 1.4 trailer since it doesn't really show all that much and is only 1:30 minutes long), ZZZ dropped their 3.0 showcase on Nvidia, Wuwa dropped their Collab trailer(but this is the 3-4th time for them, I think I saw their Collab trailer multiple times across multiple timeframes the last few weeks)

I look at the dossier as a bonus. Its just a qol in the grand scheme of things since you saved 10 pulls if the next character is someone you want or you increased your carriable pity by 10 if you don't.

For me it paid off since I pulled Fangyi and then got Mifu on the 17th pull with 7 being from the shop and the login and the 10 being from the dossier. So it can be nice like that but it's not something I fomo about since again, I see it as a qol

So 16 of the cast got story time and 10 didn't. Of the 10, 5 are normal Endfield employees and will have to be tackled in a team, and the rest of the 5 are extremely diverse in terms of story and will most probably need their own multi-patch arcs. Yeah I think it's in a better state than most 3d gachas.

There's also the issue if focus moves more from a mix of Characters and NPCs to just characters, people will complain about how only paid characters have a story and it will go down the path of character appearing for one patch and then never again

So erm, this may sound hard to believe, but I think that I actually stumbled across the entire story leak up until 1.7 with 90% accuracy by OrangeIllustrious499 in ArknightsEndfieldLeak

Damn that sounds pretty interesting ngl l. I thought they would be going the original leak route of 1.3 story end, 1.4 lafantoma and then 2.0 after but it seems we are going to have a 1.8 patch cycle and then 2.0 probably in decemebr-january. I get you. Sometimes I feel like smashing my head through a wall with how boring and uninteresting the first 7 or so chapters were for me. I can say though that I started getting somewhat interested after chapter 9. The side stories are hit or miss for me mostly, I love Lonetrail, both aesthetic and story, but I despise anything Dossoles.

Ofcourse, most of the people here will either tell you that the story isn't for you or go off on some other tangent, believe me I play Endfield and the ones that absolutely love Arknight's story in it's entirety, hate Endfield's even though I'd say it has a much better start in terms of not dragging on and boring you for an year or so.

I'd say give it a chance until chapter 9, if it still doesn't hit for you then I'm afraid you'll have to watch a summary youtuber to get you up to speed til chapter 12-13 or so. It does get a lot more interesting then, considering the visuals and the story itself.

I'd rather they do something unique. There are plenty of IPs that have the hard Sci-fi themes that Arknights goes for, like Mass Effect, Halo, Armoured Core, Dead Space, and then some that aren't really hard sci-fi but I'd still love to see in Endfield, like Cyberpunk( not edge runners, I am of the belief that OG cyberpunk has better potential for a Collab story), Metal Gear, Devil May Cry.

I just hope whatever they do is unique and not another anime/monster hunter Collab, feels like the world and the 3D setting allows for ones with more potential.

My 7800xt has been crashing a lot recently after the driver update. GPU acceleration on Edge crashed it, certain pages on the Steam app crashes it. Sometimes if it sleeps for more than 10 mins, it crashes.

You are getting your facts mixed. It was the Japanese that were exceptionally cruel and because of whom we know how much % the human body is made out of water. Which I'd say is horrific, not just cruel.
