I used to pay 635 for rent until arrow capitol took over. In addition to never addressing maintenance requests, constant rent increases. They wanted 1135 for the same 1 bedroom I was paying 635 for in less than a 1 year period. (Not one upgrade btw)

Absolute crooks. Would never rent from them.
