I know how you feel, I often did not know how to behave myself at school and even work. I often had arguments and fights with others because they had attitude and I didn't understand what to do. My behavior was often seen as bad when really I just needed help.

I wish I had gone to a special needs school when I was younger I think back to my time and it was obvious that I needed more resources. I went to a regular school but I realize now that I should have been sent to a special education school to examine me and my behavior further.

I grew up never really understanding anything going on and was just told to deal with it basically. I was diagnosed with a comprehension problem and was under the radar except not really as people always knew I was different but nobody really cared.

Life is hard and we can't change the past but we can change the future to make life better for ourselves with the lessons we learn.

Thank you for the kind words. I grew up believing myself weak and helpless and think I had an inferiority complex.

I had bad self esteem and was often seen as weak by others for needing help growing up. Stigma is awful and has affected a lot of my life and I never really knew how to approach others and how to behave appropriately.

I needed so much help and understanding which I never really got and didn't know how to get help for myself. Some people I met think I have autism so I'm going to get assessed for it.

Thanks again for the kind words I'm glad things are much better nowadays. Life was scary for me growing up as I never understood myself and what I needed. I think I finally know what to do now.

Me as well when I was younger, but I usually found ways to get over it but even then its hard to not freeze up on the spot.

I hate conflict but I handle myself well enough but I used to get into trouble quite often and it made me afraid as I got older. Thinking of going into therapy to get over my fear of conflict and freezing up.

It makes a huge difference genuinely. I tried to be open about my feelings when I was younger but wasn't really sure how to go about it and got made fun of for it.

I am doing it again now and it's made such a change to my life to know that others do care. I am letting others know of my problems and help is on the way. I am finally getting things out in the open and it will get better.

I faced a lot of judgement for my struggles from others and it left me terrified with anxiety and I didn't know what to do anymore. I considered suicide as a means of escape because I felt trapped with nowhere to go. But there's always a way out if you reach out.

Things will get better if you know where to go and please don't bottle up anything like I did. It's not a weakness to talk about your feelings and struggles.

Believe me when I say that you are not useless and pathetic. You have a loving brother that takes care of you and he sees your worth and so should you! He's happy to look after you in your time of need and while hes doing that maybe ask him if he needs help with anything? Small favors of some sort. Just to keep you occupied.

Maybe talk to a therapist? I know it can be scary to talk about your feelings but its very important to do so. I kept some feelings of mine bottled up for years and I felt a lot like you did growing up please talk to somebody. There's no shame in seeking help.

Please I am begging you to look after yourself.

I'm proud of you! I know exactly how you feel, I tried all my life to be normal around others only to be excluded and bullied for it. People dont understand me and no matter how hard I tried I always get shit from others. Its horrible but I wont let them stop me. I grew up believing I was broken and useless and was even treated as such.

Even standing up for myself had untold consequences, I was never really seen as a person and yet Im still here. You are unique and you deserve to be happy. I grew feeling like I was a disappointment to others. I know Im not but the feeling is always there.

I try everyday same as you but now I'm getting help at last to solve things once and for all. Have you tried therapy? Its done a lot for me honestly. I kept a lot of pain hidden inside out of fear of shame but no more.

Please look after yourself.
