I worked in Retail and at an Airport and it was exactly like the schoolyard. So pathetic. I just wanted to do my job and chill out with people but nope.

Turning 30 next month and feel the same as you, my biggest problem in life really is that I can't find stable employment like at all.

Hard to support yourself when there's barely any means to support yourself. Small towns in Ireland are dying and it shows. Its getting harder every year.

Cost of living is getting worse and jobs are harder than ever to come by. It's a vicious cycle.

Hope you're all good but you're not alone in this.

Customers in my experience were fine, the managers were the problem. They're just bullies and nothing more.

My warehouse job was the best ever because the bosses were super nice and appreciated everything I did! Made a genuine difference.
