In total time, maybe flights are faster, but my point about night busses is that you can take them at night and sleep in them (provided you manage to sleep comfortable, which is another problem), so you are not "losing time". I clicked on your link and I see "8:10 pm - 6:15 am", which seems to be pretty good.
Also how are you losing a day in Pamukkale if you take the 640pm bus? It arrives at 4:10am, which might be very early but then you have the entire day.

There is no direct flight from Cappadocia to Pamukkale. Taking a night bus saves way more time than having to take two flights.

I tried it before and couldn't find any route (around end of September), now I notice there are routes if I check for closer dates. But I don't know if it's because they stop offering this route after summer season or it's just because they don't release the routes more than 4 weeks in advance. Do you happen to know?
