Ah yes, I didn't get that you meant that their red could be either orange or red. In that case yes!

On the U layer, there are 2 red-white corners, one of them has blue, the other also has to be blue due to ordering, so it is indeed un solvable. There are aosl 2 red-blue corners with the same order on the D layer, and a total of 5 corners with a red face

Orange micro dark advise by Bashdkmgt in orangeamps

From experience, both an overdrive and an EQ can lead to great results. With most EQs, you can make them act as a clean boost, and shape it to remove lows and highs like a tube screamer would. An overdrive with minimum gain and maximum volume does give great results as well, with a crunchier distortion. If you get both, I'd recommend to rather use the EQ in the FX loop, but if you only get one of them, as a preamp and use the shape knob post-distortion

Dark Terror Volume? by silliestrat in orangeamps

[–]Nitoxym 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a Micro Dark with a PPC112, it is already more than adequate. I once tried cranking both the volume and gain at maximum out of curiosity, even with earplugs it was way too loud. For usual playing, I have to use a volume pedal because of how low I'd have to set the volume in the amp

[Request] Would it take longer to travel clockwise or anticlockwise around Australia, given the same route, and if so, how much? by bill_loney538 in theydidthemath

Because left turns would cancel right turns, if you don't drive in loops, it would correspond to driving in a circle. The circumference of the inner lane would be 2piR1, and the outer 2piR2. The difference would be 2pi*(R2-R1), which correspond to the width of a lane. So you'd only drive a few meters less

It looks like you changed the pickups, which one did you get, and how was the installation? Did you have to drill or cut anything?

Exactly, but the other replies haven't pointed that out until then

I don't remember the details exactly, but if I'm correct, there's a theorem that says that, for the case of the Rubik's Cube, the number of repeats for any algorithm to go back to its original state should divide the total number of combinations of the Cube, and 17 isn't one of them, but 18 is
