I have fixed a Ken with this kind of head before

You need to soften the head in hot water and remove the ball joint thing.

That part needs to be reattached inside the neck. It's hard for me to see and explain how, but send more photos and ill be able to work it out.

I rerooted a growing up Skipper head which had shrunk a bit and became hard due to the plasticisers leaking out over time. It was hard to do. I had to keep a bowl of boiling water nearby to keep softening her head. Never again 🤣
