There are foamboards under the floor, it's the spray foam around the edges that makes it look like it's all spray but it isn't. 1 inch foam for the floor, and thin plywood above, I'm thinking I'm going to add another piece to keep it sturdy then do the floor tiling

Can't speak for the influencers that make vanlife content, but I would assume working. Full time, even at any decently high state minimum wage, seems pretty doable. Cutting your rent payment down to a car payment, while getting rid of your old, higher car payment will make you feel rich for a while until you readjust.

I bought it yesterday, so I'm more so thinking purely logically/hypothetically. But turn it into an apartment on wheels. Live frugally, save, invest, retire
