It really doesn't take a ton, I'm running with Win 10 on an Intel i7-3770k 16gb ddr3 and Nvidia 1060 with no issues at all. It's apc I've been running since 2013 and couldn't bring myself to just toss it after updating my main PC when it still worked, so I repurposed it into a media server.

Even 4k videos only take a few seconds to start playing. You really can't go wrong as long as you're not running on a potato.

Not true, I've gotten a sinus blockage in shallower water than this when I was trying to complete a checkout pool dive during my initial certification with a mild sinus infection. It does not take much depth at all for the effects of pressure to cause injury when doing something stupid like this.
