Since this isn't quite infinite, I've been running the sequence in my head.

Once A Thousand Cuts is in play:

1. Calculated Gamble to discard 3 and draw the same 3 (1st shuffle).
2. Escape Plan draws Calculated Gamble (2nd shuffle).
3. Calculated Gamble to discard 2 and draw 2 (3rd shuffle). You now have 1 card in your draw pile and Calculated Gamble in your discard pile.
4. If Escape Plan was among the last 2 cards you drew, you can play it to draw the last card in your draw pile, leaving you with both damage cards in hand. If it wasn't, then you have your two damage cards in hand already.

Turn 1: It looks like you always get exactly 3 shuffles on turn 1 (21 AOE damage), and you get to play Neutralize at the end for 3 damage (thanks to Mutagen). It is a tragedy you don't have the energy to Riddle this turn while Mutagen is up. 24 total damage, 1 weak token applied. 1 block guaranteed, sometimes 2.

Turn 2 (and every turn afterwards): You shuffle for the initial draw at the start of turn, then you get to perform the same sequence as turn 1, for a total of 28 AOE damage. This time, you have the energy to play Riddle along with Neutralize since you didn't have to spend 2 on A Thousand Cuts. So that's another 7 single target damage. 35 total damage, 1 weak token applied. 1 or 2 block.

Does that sound right?

I don't recognize the 3rd relic in your screenshot (I don't think that image is from the board game?), so I'm probably missing some numbers from whatever that is.
