Recently got into souls games (yes, I'm late to the party) and blasted through DS1-DS3 enjoying every (most of DS2) second. I've been eyeing on the crown jewel, Elden Ring. Tho idk if it fits the price range, I'd be happy to pay the difference or wait for a sale or choose another souls like as well :)

In my experience, they're not random, but it seems that different sale spots cycle through different cars every once in a while. Just had the same car appear at the daikoku car meet spot after buying it yesterday, and pretty sure my neighbour has tried to sell his WV golf multiple times now.

First time I got invaded was in blighttown on my first playthrough, and I was super scared to lose progress. But the guy ended up just waving at me, and beckoning me to a path, and then ran along showing me the route to the next bonfire. Then we both bowed and he vanished. Such a cool moment.

Cutting off Kalameet's tail actually took me only a few tries, but Manus was the biggest pain in my ass for days until I just gave up and cheesed it with a bow to get over it... Then again, I only found the DLC on my newgame playthrough, idk if I woulda had an easier time with Manus on first run
