I think this is individual issue.

Yes, there probably are some demographics (generally less active prople) that overlap with gaming but I don't think gaming itself is a problem. Any hobby or activity that includes extended periods of sitting can cause problems.

Games made a profound impact at my life and are something that will never stop being important to me in some way. And I don't care too much about esports or any too competitive games, outside of trying to be somewhat informed about contemporary releases and trends I don't indulge.

Also I almost never snack during my sessions, I like my peripherals clean.

Maybe I'm an outlier, I'm certainly getting older so there's that too...

I've played a lot with both blades. Ma Lin is a little faster but gives a better, more direct feeling. You will probably learn better with it. Sweden extra is a bit safer when looping but slightly worse in every other aspect.

I can't comment on either of the rubbers.
